Overview

NoFacePorn.fun is a casting platform. The only paid item we offer is the $5 messaging unlock fee that producers pay to message a specific performer. This policy explains when refunds are and are not available.

Messaging Unlock Fee

The $5 messaging unlock fee is a digital service that takes effect immediately upon purchase. Because the service is fulfilled the moment you pay (your account is granted the ability to message that performer), this fee is generally non-refundable.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will refund the $5 fee in the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure: If the messaging system failed to unlock after your payment was processed and we are unable to fix the issue.
  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same unlock.
  • Performer no longer on the platform: If the performer’s account was deleted or banned before you received any response from them.

When We Will NOT Issue a Refund

  • The performer did not respond to your messages
  • You changed your mind after sending a message
  • The performer declined to work with you
  • You and the performer could not agree on terms or pricing for a project
  • You purchased the unlock and then chose not to use it

The $5 fee pays for the platform service of opening a communication channel, not for a guaranteed response or successful booking.

How to Request a Refund

Email click here within 14 days of the charge. Include:

  • The email address on your account
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The reason you are requesting a refund

We typically respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Account Subscriptions and Other Charges

NoFacePorn.fun does not currently charge subscription fees, account fees, or listing fees. Creating a performer or producer account is free. The only charge is the per-performer $5 messaging unlock described above.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We are happy to resolve eligible refund requests directly. Filing fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
